The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the father of the writ petitioner who was working as a Home Guard expired on 08.06.2016 the writ petitioner claims to be the son of the deceased he applied for compassionate appointment and on 28.09.2019 a communication was made, however, till date his case has not been considered. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the writ petitioner for compassionate appointment. 4. Sri B.K.
