The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner is being salary of Rs.64100/- instead of Rs.72100/-, who is working on the post of Inspector in Police Department. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to decide the representation of the writ petitioner. 4. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 5. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the Respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the writ petitioner strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months, from the date of production of certified copy of the order.
