Fire and Emergency Services Department who stood retired on 31.07.2024, however, by virtue of the impugned orders dated 30.08.2025 and 26.06.2025 passed by Chief Treasury Officer, Prayagraj and Assistant Commissioner of Police, Accounts, Prayagraj recovery of an amount of Rs. 1,76,676/- was sought to be made on the ground that excess pension has been made.
