Heard Sri Mohammad Umar Khan, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel on the premise that the show cause notice is dated 25.11.2018 and the present petition has been filed after lapse of seven years. He submits that it is always open for the writ petitioner to reply to the said show cause notice, in case any final order has not been passed. In case any orders have been passed, he may challenge the same before appropriate Bench. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner has no objection to the same. 4.
