Heard Sri Dheeraj Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Pranay Krishan, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that she claims to be the widow of the deceased Sunil Kumar Singh who was Mukhya Arakshi/Chalak who died in harness by virtue of the order dated 22.03.2025, the writ petitioner is required to furnish certain documents which are mentioned in the letter itself so as to facilitate payment of post retiral benefits. 3 In the opinion of the Court, the documents which are required are to be furnished by the writ petitioner and for that purpose, the writ petitioner may approach the competent authority in that regard. 4.
