The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was engaged as an Anganbadi Karyakatri on 23.08.2010. At that time, she was unmarried, however, subsequently she was married. Now, the writ petitioner seeks absorption. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs determination at the first instance by Respondent no.5. 4.
