The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Hammer Man on 01.01.1987 on daily wage basis. His services were regularized on 15.06.2007 and he superannuated on 31.12.2024, however, the writ petitioner is not being paid the retirement pensionary benefits while treating the writ petitioner's services from 01.01.1987 till his retirement as continuing for the payment of pension and other benefits. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by Executive Engineer, Electrical/Mechanical Division, Prayagraj, PWD, Prayagraj, District Prayagraj. 4.
