The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Constable in the year 1991, promoted as Head Constable in the year 2005, however, re-fixation has not been done and he has been paid salary which is less to qua entitlement. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by second respondent, Superintendent of Police, Shambhal, District Shambhal. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the second respondent, Superintendent of Police, Shambhal, District Shambhal by 22.01.2026.
