Heard Sri Shikher Trivedi, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Constable in 08.10.1984 and she superannuated on 31.12.2024, however, he has not been paid pension, gratuity. 3. Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel has produced before this Court an instruction dated 03.01.2025 under the signature of Commandant, 33rd Battalion, PAC, Jhansi, U.P., according to which, the writ petitioner had been paid 90% gratuity amounting to Rs. 13,72,318/- leave encashment Rs. 9,24,120/- and also 10% gratuity to the tune of Rs. 82,900-/ and computation being Rs. 11,18,973/-. 4.
