The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioners happen to be the Lekhpals who superannuated on 30.04.2022, 30.05.2021 and 31.12.2021, however, they are not being paid the ACP. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by third respondent, Collector/District Magistrate, District Mirzapur. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the third respondent, Collector/District Magistrate, District Mirzapur by 22.01.2026.
