Heard Sri Rajesh Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioners has made a statement at Bar that the writ petition in so far as it pertains to writ petitioners at Sl. No. 16, 18, 22, 34, 35 and 36 be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition before the Court having the territorial jurisdiction over the matter. Thus, liberty is accorded to writ petitioner nos. 16, 18, 22, 34, 35 and 36 to approach the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the matter. 2. Heard Sri Rajesh Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioners and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 3. Essentially the relief sought in the present writ petition is for grant of Third Promotion Pay-Scale / Grade Pay of Inspector (Grade Pay of Rs.4600/-) calculating the training period on account of completion of 26 years of service in view of the Government Order dated 26.08.2015, 03.03.2015, 05.11.20
