The case of the writ petitioner is that his father was initially appointed as LDC on 17.01.1990 who expired on 07.08.2020. The writ petitioner claims himself to be the legal heir and the son of the deceased, however, his claim for compassionate appointment has not been considered. 3. Having considered the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the third respondent, Commissioner, Goods and Tax, Commissionerate, Kanpur by 22.01.2026.
