Heard learned counsel for the writ petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was engaged as Class-IV employee on daily wage basis in Forest Department since 2010 and the claim is that he is continuously working without there being any break to the utmost satisfaction of the superior, however, the writ petitioner has not been assigned and made entitle to minimum of pay scale and in this regard he has preferred a application on 17.10.2025 before the Regional Director/ Prabhagiya Nideshak, Samajik Vaniki Prabhag Lalitpur but no decision has been made. 3. Prayer in the present petition is to accord minimum of the pay scale to the writ petitioner. 4.
