Sri Mahendra Kumar Prajapati, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which a writ, order or direction has been sought in nature of certiorari quashing the impugned dated 16.09.2025 passed by Respondent No.3/ District Commandant, Home-Guards, Prayagraj and to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the appeal which is still pending before them since 29.09.2025, till then reinstate the service of the petitioner, on account of inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 4.
