The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed on the post of Constable, a first information report came to be lodged against the writ petitioner and unknown persons being Case Crime No. 123 of 2025 under Section 140(2) of BNSS, thereafter, the writ petitioner was placed under suspension on 02.03.2025. 3. Questioning the suspension order, the present writ petition has been preferred. 4. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner has sought to argue that though in the suspension order, it has been recited that inquiry contemplated but till date, no inquiry has been conducted.
