The grievance of the writ petitioner is that one Sri Badri is working as Beldar in Public Works Department and his wife late Smt. Durga Devi was also appointed on compassionate appointment. However, she expired on 12.07.2025, the writ petitioner claims to be a biological son of their sister of Smt. Durga Devi. The writ petitioner also seeks benefit as a legal heir for compassionate appointment on the basis of a registered will. It is also contended that the writ petitioners name find in the nominee column of the deceased Though the writ petitioner had approached the respondents for considering the claim for compassionate appointment, the same has not bee considered. 3.
