The case of the writ petitioner is that he had applied for recruitment on the post of vacancy of Aarakshi, Nagrik Police avam Aarakshi Pradeshik Armd Constabulari-2018. Though the writ petitioner claims to have been selected, however appointment order has not been issued, particularly in view of the fact that an FIR being Case Crime no.950 of 2015, under section 302 and 328 I.P.C. came to be lodged against the other co-accused persons and on an application under Section 319 of CrPC, the applicant has been summoned, which was subject matter of challenge in Criminal Revision No. 4018 of 2025 (Sheetal and Another Vs.
