Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein prayer is to (I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent no. 2 to declare the Raw Marks and Normalized Marks of all the Candidates (including the petitioners) who have qualified in the written examination, documents verification/Physical for Standard Test (D.V./P.S.T.) and also qualified in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) recruitment on the post of Constable Civil Police, Direct Recruitment, 2023 in pursuance of advertisement dated 23.12.2023, issued by respondent no. 2; (II) Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in to the facts and circumstances of the case; (III) Award the cost of the petition in favour to of the petitioners, with liberty to file appropriate application in Writ-A No. 19179 of 2025
