Sri Arpit Malviya, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which a writ, order or direction has been sought in nature of mandamus directing the respondents to require the respondent no. 3 to initiate inquiry regarding the appointment of respondent no. 3 on the post of Health Care Worker (Male) at Community Health Care Center Birno, District-Ghazipur, on the basis of aforesaid marks sheet within stipulated period, on account of inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2.
