Sri Awaneesha Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which a writ, order or direction has been sought in nature of Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authority concern to consider the claim of the petitioner as Anganwadi Karyakatri for the center Pipari-3, Village Panchayat/Ward Pipari, Sonbhadra, within stipulated period, and to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authority to decide the representation dated 16.09.2025 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law (annexure no.5 to this writ petition), with liberty to file afresh. 2.
