The present writ petition has been preferred seeking following reliefs.- "I) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 10.09.25 passed by respondent no. 2, Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, 19-C Tulsi Ganga Complex, Vidhan Sabha Marg, Uttar Pradesh Lucknow.
