Primarily, the challenge raised in the present writ petition is to the two orders, one order dated 05.05.2025 passed by fourth respondent, Tehsildar, Teshil Jakhania, District Ghazipur whereby the income certificate of the writ petitioner has been cancelled and the show cause notice dated 07.08.2025. 3. The Court finds that an order has been passed whereby the representation of the writ petitioner has been rejected on 04.10.2025 by District Program Officer, Ghazipur and on being questioned whether the said order has been subject matter of challenge or not.
