The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though he was appointed on the post of Forester in the year 1988, was promoted on the post of Deputy Ranger in the year 2007 and further promoted on the post of Range Forest Officer, but the IIIrd ACP has not been paid to him. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.4. 4.
