The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the father of the writ petitioner is that the father of the writ petitioner, namely late Satyanarayan Pandey, was working as a Watchman and he died on 08.03.2006 in harness. The writ petitioner claims compassionate appointment. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs determination at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4.
