The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he is working on the post of Regional Forest Officer and he has been transferred from Pilibhit to Maharajganj on 14.06.2025. However, he seeks to remain placed in District Pilibhit, since one of his daughters is in Class XII, second in Class-VII and third in ClassVI. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that till 31.03.2026, the writ petitioner's family may not be dislodged from the quarter in question. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.4, Divisional Forest Officer, Pilibhit Tiger Reserve, Pilibhit. 4.
