The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though the writ petitioner was appointed on the post of Constable in Reserve Police Lines, Varanasi on 18.06.2006 and he was promoted on the post of Head Constable and according to the writ petitioner, the mother of the writ petitioner was seriously ill and the petitioner's family is presently living in Quarter No. FT-01/05 Khajuri Colony, Commissionerate, Varanasi and though the writ petitioner claims to have been transferred from Jaunpur to Chandauli, however, in view of the circulars in vogue, the writ petitioner claims allotment of Quarter No. T-1/265, Block 30, Khajuri Reserve Police Lines, Commissionerate, Varanasi or any other alternate accommodation. 3.
