Apparently, Annexure-4 of the writ petition at page - 25 of the paper-book shows that at the instance of the writ petitioner, the matter has been referred to the Labour Court. 3. Once the said proceeding is pending, then it is for the writ petitioner to contest the said proceedings. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
