The case of the writ petitioner is that petitioner no.1 was appointed on the post of Computer Operator Grade-A in the year 2016 in District Commissionerate Ghaziabad and he was promoted on the post of Computer Operator-Grade-B in the year 2024 and was transferred from Bijnore to Ayodhya and the writ petitioner no.2 from Bijnore to Pratapgarh. As per the writ petitioners, the relieving order has been passed on 10.09.2025. He submits that the Government Order dated 06.05.2025, the relieving is to be made within a period of one week.
