In the present writ petition, challenge has been raised to the order dated 14.02.2025 whereby the writ petitioner was placed under suspension. 3. This Court sought instruction from the learned Standing Counsel on 04.12.2025 pursuant whereto instructions have been produced under the signatures of Senior Superintendent of Police, Gorakhpur dated 17.12.2025, attention has been drawn towards page-3 of the instruction wherein an order came to be passed on 17.12.2025 recalling the suspension order dated 14.02.2025 thus the writ petition is rendered infractuous, particularly, when the suspension order stands revoked. 4.
