The present writ petition question an order dated 06.11.2025 whereby the writ petitioner has been transferred to Unchagaon to Zila Karyakaram, Prabandhan, Ekai, Buladshahar. 3. Today instructions have been produced by learned Standing Counsel under the signatures of Chief Medical Officer, Bulandshahar, according to which, the writ petitioner's transfer is not being effected and the writ petitioner is being working a place where he seeks to work. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5. In case, something survives, it is open for the writ petitioner to again approach this Court. 6.
