Ms. Garima Kumari Jaiswal (AoR No.A/G 0278/22) holding brief of Ms. Pratibha Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which a writ, order or direction has been sought in nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.3, 4 and 5 to permit the petitioner to discharge the post of Asha Karyakarti and further a writ, order or direction has been sought in nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to consider and decide the respondents to representation of the petitioner dated 09.06.2022, expeditiously, within an stipulated period as fixed by the Hon'ble Court, on account of inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2.
