The counsel for the rival parties have made a joint statement that they do not propose to file any further affidavits thus with the consent of the parties, writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 4. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Lekhpal on 01.03.1990 and he was promoted as Revenue Inspector in the year 2022, however, on 22.09.2025, he was placed under suspension by District Magistrate, Prayagraj. 5. Questioning the suspension order, the writ petitioner has been filed the present writ petition. 6. This Court entertained the writ petition on 07.11.2025 pursuant whereto instructions were called.
