Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel and Sri M.N. Singh who appears for the Commission. 2. The writ petition has been preferred for a mandamus commanding the respondents to provide the marks obtained by the writ petitioner as per answer key and also to quash clause no. 2 of the notification dated 16.09.2025. 3. This Court on 16.01.2026 proceeded to pass the following order.- "Contention of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner is that the the notification dated 16.12.2025 cannot be sustained as it is the bounded duty of the Commission to have disclosed the marks of preliminary examination, according to him, there is no question of influencing the selection as there is no viva voce test.
