The case of the writ petitioner is that she is being fully eligible and qualified was engaged as staff nurse on 16.04.2018. However, she is not being allowed to perform duties since April, 2021 and remuneration has not been paid. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the second respondent, the Chief Medical Officer, Jhansi, District Jhansi. 5.
