The case of the original writ petitioner, Sukhbir Singh is that he was appointed on the post of Constable on 10.10.1977 and owing to unauthorized absence and commission of misconduct an order came to be passed on 05.09.1994 dispensing the services of the original writ petitioner, which was subject matter of challenge by the original writ petitioner in Writ Petition No.36649 of 1995, Sukhbir Singh vs. S.S.P.
