The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Cook in Police Department in the year 1983 and superannuated on 30.06.2023. Post retirement, now an order impugned has been passed on 22.08.2023 and 05.09.2023 by the fifth respondent, Superintendent of Police, Amroha, District Amroha seeking to recover certain amount and re-fixation.
