Heard Sri Anuj Mishra, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Cook in Police Department in the year 1983 and superannuated on 30.06.2023. Post retirement, now an order impugned has been passed on 22.08.2023 and 05.09.2023 by the fifth respondent, Superintendent of Police, Amroha, District Amroha seeking to recover certain amount and re-fixation. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the order impugned has been passed in violation of principles of natural justice unilaterally without putting to notice to writ petitioner. 3.
