Sri Mujib Ahmad Siddiqui, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which a writ, order or direction has been sought in nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to revise pension in pursuance of the grade pay 42,000 or given other similar situated person as well as to give other consequential benefit with the period to be specified by this Hon'ble court and to issue a writ, order or appropriate direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to decide the representation/ application dated 12.12.2025, within a period to be specified by this Hon'ble Court, on account of inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2.
