Heard Sri Rajendra Prasad Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed on the post of Mate on 26.04.1987 and he was regularized on 13.03.2006, however, post retirement of the writ petitioner on 30.06.2024, the services undergone prior to regularization is not being considered for payment of pension and other benefits. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the third respondent, Executive Engineer (P.D.) P.W.D., Etawah. 5.
