The case of the writ petitioner is that he was engaged as a Daily Wager, Class IV employee of Forest Jalalabad Range at Prabhagiya Vanadhikari, Van Evam Van Jeev Prabhag, District Shahjahanpur since July, 2010 and the claim is that he is continuously working without there being any break to the utmost satisfaction of the superior, however, the writ petitioner has not been assigned and made entitle to minimum of pay scale and in this regard he has preferred a representation on 11.09.2025 before the Prabhagiya Vanadhikari, Van Evam Van Jeev Prabhag, District Shahjahanpur but no decision has been made. 3.
