The case of the writ petitioner is that he was selected as Police Constable in the year 1984 and he promoted as Head Constable and he superannuated on 31.07.2022, however, now by virtue of the order dated 09.11.2022 passed by second respondent, Superintendent of Police, Hapur, District Hapur now the salary has been reduced from Rs. 60,400/- to 56,900/-.
