At the very outset, Sri Vishnu Murti Tripathi, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to conduct a fresh computer typing test of petitioners for the post of Compute Operator Grad A in a fair, transparent and disturbance free environment, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted. 2.
