The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner came to be transferred from Jalaun to Unnao on 01.05.2025 and he is presently working as Constable Driver, but he has not been relieved. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.4. 4.
