Heard Sri Faheem Ahmad, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner's father was a Class-IV employee, who was working since 04.01.1982. He died in harness on 25.09.2021. The writ petitioner thereafter appeared before respondent claiming compassionate appointment, but till date appointment order has not been issued. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs determination at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4.
