Thus the writ petition in so far as the writ petitioner nos. 8 to 13 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 3. Heard Sri Omkar Nath Rai, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Ankur Tandon, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 4. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner wants direction to the respondent-competent authority to add his training period towards the qualifying satisfactory service for the purpose of additional increment which counts for 19 years. 5.
