Sri Omkar Nath Rai, learned counsel for the writ petitioners weeks to withdraw the writ petition in so far as it relates to writ petitioner nos. 8 to 13 with liberty to file afresh before the Court having territorial jurisdiction. 2. Thus the writ petition in so far as the writ petitioner nos. 8 to 13 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 3. Heard Sri Omkar Nath Rai, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Ankur Tandon, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 4.
