The case of the writ petitioner is that he is Junior Clerk and now by virtue of the impugned order dated 07.01.2026, passed by the third respondent, Deputy Excise Coimmissioner, Prayagraj, he has been transferred from Prayagraj to Varanasi. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that he is to superannuate on 31.03.2027 and further he is suffering from different ailments. He seeks to rely upon the Transfer Policy, which gives protection to the same. 4. Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the representation was preferred before Respondent no.2, which is under consideration. 5.
