Heard Sri Lal Mani Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri S.K. Pal, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel that the writ petition may not be maintainability, particularly, when the writ petitioner claims to be posted a Senior Technician Electrical and he seeking relief from the railways thus the writ petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal under Section 19(5) of the A.T., Act, 1985. 3. Learned counsel the writ petitioner could not dispute the legal position. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off granting liberty to the writ petitioner to prefer proceedings before the Tribunal having territorial jurisdiction over the matter.
