The case of the writ petitioner is that they happen to be Seasonal Collection Peons appointed on 17.06.1989, 06.01.1992, 10.06.1996, 01.06.1997, 04.08.2000, 25.06.1992 and 01.08.1996 and their names find place in Seniority List at Sl. Nos. 24, 14, 19, 26, 4, 11 and 25 respectively. It is also the case of the writ petitioner that a meeting was convened for regularization/ absorption. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 for regularization of the services of the writ petitioners, as the juniors to the writ petitioners have been regularized. 4.
