The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though the writ petitioner has been appointed as Ardali in the office of the DIG but he has not been allocated work. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by second respondent, Commissionerate of Police, Varanasi. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the second respondent, Commissionerate of Police, Varanasi by 12.01.2026.
