Heard Sri Beerendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Jitendra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. The counsel for the rival parties have made a joint statement that they do not propose to file any further affidavits thus with the consent of the parties, writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 3. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed on the post of office clerk in medical and health department in District Mathura and thereafter he was transferred to Hamirpur. The writ petitioner made a request letter before the respondents for transferring him back to Mathura on the ground that the wife of the writ petitioner possessed 65% disability. Since the claim was not acceded to so the writ petitioner preferred Writ-A No. 15636 of 2025 which was disposed of requiring the respondent
