The case of the writ petitioners is that there happened to be Jail Warder and they are entitled for food allowance, there is a recommendation by the Additional Director General of Police to the Director General of Police dated 03.12.2016. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the third respondent, Director General of Police/ Inspector General, Jail Administration and Reform Services U.P.
